Manufactured from a renewable plantation resource, Woodhouse Perimeter® Mouldings offers benefits to the trade alternatives when fixing out a new home or finishing a complete renovation:

All mouldings in the Perimeter range are/have:

• Perimeter Pre-coated with a Gesso primer, enabling a single-coat final finish in most instances, depending on the end application’s requirements  (Final finish may vary according to topcoat quality and thickness of application)
• A member of the Cypress family and has a natural measure of resistance to termite attack and rot/decay*
• Finger-jointed and kiln dried to provide a straight and stable moulding
• Produced in 5.4 metre lengths (refer to the product availability section to confirm profiles in your state)
  Available in a set length option (email or call for details on availability)
• Lightweight and durable alternative to other mouldings
  Drills, cuts and nails like other internal fixout mouldings
• Installed with typical finishing gun T-nails/Brads, as well as conventional hammer driven fixings (refer to the installation instructions)
• Holes or defects can be filled with a timber filler/putty prior to painting
• Readily finished with oil-based or acrylic (water-based) quality paints

* All Woodhouse Perimeter™ Gesso Pre-Coated Mouldings are manufactured from a species of conifer that is a member of the cypress family (Cupressaceae). The physical properties of this species suggest a natural resistance against termite attack and fungal decay. The presence of these physical properties should not substitute or replace the requirement of an approved termite prevention system as outlined by the Building Code of Australia and any local authority. The Woodhouse Timber Company do not warranty the physical properties or performance of the Perimeter range of mouldings, or guarantee performance with regard to termite and/or fungal attack. Woodhouse Perimeter is NOT recommended for use in areas where there is the presence of Masto Termes Darwiniensis termites i.e. North of the Tropic of Capricorn.
